1. Do You Do Weddings Outside Of Strasbourg?

I am based in Strasbourg but I am available all over. I’ve done photography around France, in Germany, Czechia, Russia and Japan. Travel fees may apply.

2. What's Your Photography Style?

Documentary style photography. I try to be a silent ninja as much as possible because I want to capture the day the way it is – joy, tears, snags and all. 

3. Can We See Full Galleries Of Weddings You've Done?

You can see full wedding galleries in my portfolio.

4. What Kind Of Coverage Do You Offer?

I offer up to 4h, 6h and 10h coverage on your big day.

5. Do You Offer Videography?

Unfortunately not. But I will do my best to coordinate with the videographer you do choose so we both give you the best service possible. 

6. Can I get A Consultation?

Of course! We can meet up (message, call or zoom) before you make any decision to make sure we are a good fit. 

Once you are sure my photography is what you want and book your day with me we can get down to the nitty gritty details.

7. How And When Do I Book With You?

The sooner you reach out the better but I don’t take bookings more than a year in advance since life can be very unpredictable.

A booking is only officially confirmed after the non-refundable retainer is paid and a contract is signed.

8. How Does Payment Work?

Once you’ve decided that I’m the photographer for you and filled out this form, I will send you the contract and an invoice for your non-refundable retainer to secure the date. The retainer is 30% of the total cost. The rest is due on the day of the event at the latest. You can do a bank transfer or pay through TransferWise or PayPal (a 5% transaction fee is added to PayPal payments).

9. What Happens After We Book But Before the Wedding?

After you book I will send you a questionnaire so that we can work out all the details and create a time line for the big day. If you book the Diamond package we will see each other for an engagement session when you can get into more detail. In any case the experience will be tailored to fit your needs perfectly.

10. How Many Photos Will I Get?

The amount of photos depends on the amount of coverage you opt for and on the day itself. Generally with 4h you get around 250 photos, with 6h around 450 photos and with 10h around 600 photos. There is no top limit to the photos as I don’t withhold any images from my clients. There will definitely be plenty photos to remember the day!

11. What Is Your Retouching Style?

I try to match the editing of the photos to the feeling of the day to enhance the viewing experience.

12. What's Your Turn Around Time For Photos?

The photos with be available to you within a two month period typically between 6-8 weeks depending if it’s high or low season.

13. How Will I Get My Photos?

All the edited photos will be delivered via an online gallery within 6-8 weeks. The images will be available to download in 2 sizes (for social media use and high-quality printing) and you will be able to easily share them with friends and family. The photos will be available for 6 months so make sure to download them somewhere safe!

The Sapphire and Diamond Packages also come with a personalized USB key with all your edited photos preloaded on it in addition to an online gallery.

14. Can We Order Prints or Albums?

The Sapphire and Diamond package come with 10×15 prints (40 and 80 small prints respectively) that you will be able to frame or send to friends and family.

As for albums, I am currently looking for a quality album manufacturer in France because I want only the best for my clients and sadly it is taking time to find the one.

15. The Photos Will Be Mine To Use Freely, Right?

You can freely post and print the photos (a print-release will be provided for print-labs that require them). However, commercial use of the photos as well as entering the photos in contests is illegal. 

16. What If I Have to Cancel?

Things can happen, we all know it. If you decide to move the date and I am available for the new one then your retainer fee will be transferred to book the new date. If you decide to cancel completely (unless it is due to a world wide shut down and the country where the wedding is happening is under obligatory confinement) the non-refundable booking fee is forfeited.

If, heavens forbid, I am not able to attend the wedding for some serious reason then I will ask another photographer with a similar shooting style to take the photos that I will edit afterwards, or if that is impossible or you don’t want it I will fully refund you.

17. Why Haven't I Heard Back From You?

I get back to you within 24 hours. If it hasn’t happened it’s because one of three things 1. Your email didn’t make it’s way to me 2. My answer is in your spam folder 3. I have been abducted by aliens. So check your spam or send me another email, the aliens you can do nothing about (or can you?)
